If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✨ 1. Return & Exchange Period  
Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.  
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

✨ 2. Eligibility for a Return or Exchange  
To be eligible for a return or exchange:  
• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.  
• It must be in the original packaging.  
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition may not be accepted.

✨ 3. Refunds (if applicable)  
Once your return is received and inspected:  
• We will email you confirming we have received your returned item.  
• We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.  

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days (depending on your bank or card provider).

✨ 4. Late or Missing Refunds  
If you haven’t received your refund yet:  
• Check your bank account again.  
• Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to appear).  
• Contact your bank (there may be processing delays).

✨ 5. Exchanges (if applicable)  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  

To request an exchange for the same product:  
• Email us at contact@vollara.shop  
• Include your order number, photos (if damaged) and a short description of the issue.  

We will respond with the next steps and instructions.

✨ 6. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges  
To start a return or exchange, please email us at contact@vollara.shop.  
We will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

Please note:  
• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item is defective or sent in error).  
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

For items valued at over $100, we strongly recommend:  
• Using a trackable shipping service; and/or  
• Purchasing shipping insurance.  

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is sent without tracking.
