RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY – VOLLARA SHOP

1. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

In accordance with applicable Irish and European Union consumer protection laws, customers located within the EU have the right to cancel and return eligible purchases within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include all original tags, accessories, and manuals where applicable
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, health protection, and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, used, or unsealed.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used beauty or wellness devices
  • Opened essential oils or cosmetics
  • Personal hygiene or intimate products after opening
  • Products with broken hygiene seals
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

These exclusions are in accordance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive relating to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.


4. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

For confirmed defective or incorrect items, VOLLARA SHOP will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.


5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refund processing may take up to 14 business days depending on your payment provider or bank

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are refunded only where required by applicable law or for defective items
  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer

6. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

If you wish to change the size, color, or model of a product, please place a new order and return the original item if eligible.

8. Important Information

  • VOLLARA SHOP is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged during transit
  • Refunds may be refused if returned items do not meet the conditions described in this policy
