Returns and Exchanges Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY – VOLLARA SHOP Last updated: April 1, 2026

Thank you for shopping with Vollara Shop. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind) In accordance with Irish and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return the item within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items (for hygiene and safety reasons):

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used beauty devices
  • Opened essential oils or cosmetics
  • Any personal hygiene or intimate products once opened
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

3. Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Send clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund

4. Refunds After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you if the refund is approved or rejected
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days
  • Original shipping fees are refunded only for defective items. Return shipping is your responsibility for change of mind returns.

5. Exchanges We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. For change of size, color, or preference, please return the item and place a new order.

6. Return Process To start a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will reply with the return address and instructions

7. Important Notes

  • You are responsible for paying return shipping costs (unless the item is defective)
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Vollara Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages
