SHIPPING POLICY – VOLLARA SHOP

Thank you for shopping with Vollara. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Ireland.

Estimated processing time:

  • 1–3 business days

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • European Union countries
  • United Kingdom
  • Selected international destinations

If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing is completed.

Estimated shipping times:

  • European Union: 5–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6–15 business days
  • International Orders: 8–25 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Tracking link (where available)

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight
  • Shipping method selected

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The order was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

6. Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Fees

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local handling charges may apply.

These charges are:

  • Determined by your local customs authority
  • The responsibility of the customer
  • Not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated

VOLLARA SHOP is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.


7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect

Once reviewed, we may provide:

  • A replacement product
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

Where applicable, we will cover return shipping costs for confirmed defective or incorrect items.


8. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

VOLLARA SHOP is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to incomplete information
  • Packages returned as undeliverable

If a package is returned to us:

  • Reshipping fees may apply
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

9. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please first:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact your local postal service or carrier

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we may offer:

Claims for missing packages may require additional verification.
