Thank you for shopping with Vollara Shop. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Times We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays.
- Standard processing time: 1–3 business days
During busy periods, processing times may take slightly longer. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations and Delivery Estimates We ship to the European Union, United Kingdom, and selected international destinations.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- European Union: 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–14 business days
- United States: 10–20 business days
- Other International destinations: 15–35 business days
Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, weather, or other events outside our control.
3. Shipping Fees Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Some promotions may offer free shipping (clearly indicated at checkout). Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes For orders outside the European Union, you may be responsible for paying customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.
5. Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (when available). It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking to become active.
6. Lost, Delayed or Missing Packages If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local delivery office.
Vollara Shop is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, or for orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
