SHIPPING POLICY – VOLLARA SHOP

Thank you for shopping with Vollara. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Irish public holidays.
Standard processing time:
- 1–3 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During promotional periods, holidays, or high-demand seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Destinations and Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to:
- European Union countries
- United Kingdom
- United States
- Selected international destinations
Estimated delivery times begin after order processing is completed.
Estimated delivery times:
- European Union: 5–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–15 business days
- United States: 7–20 business days
- Other International Destinations: 10–35 business days
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight
- Shipping method selected
Certain promotions may include free shipping where clearly indicated.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases involving:
- Defective items
- Incorrect items
- Confirmed lost shipments
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local handling charges may apply.
These charges are:
- Determined by local customs authorities
- The responsibility of the customer
- Not included in product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated
VOLLARA SHOP is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
6. Lost, Delayed or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please first:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact your local postal service or carrier
VOLLARA SHOP is not responsible for:
- Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
- Delays caused by carriers or customs
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we may provide a replacement shipment or refund.
Additional verification may be required for lost package claims.
