📦 SHIPPING POLICY – VOLLARA SHOP

Thank you for shopping at Vollara Shop.  
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped and delivered.

🚚 1. Order Processing Times  
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).  
• Standard processing time: 1–3 business days.  
• During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our shipping partners for delivery.

🌍 2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times  
We ship to customers in Europe, the UK, the USA and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times:  
• United Kingdom: 4–10 business days  
• European Union: 5–12 business days  
• United States: 1–2 weeks  
• Middle East & Central Asia: up to 3 weeks  
• Australia & New Zealand: 2–4 weeks  
• South America: 2–5 weeks  

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.  
Delays may occur due to customs, local postal services, holidays, strikes or other events outside our control.

🎁 3. Shipping Fees  
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/value.  
• In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when we shipped a defective or incorrect item.

💶 4. Customs, Duties & Taxes  
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to:  
• VAT  
• customs duties  
• import taxes  
• handling or brokerage fees  

These charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.  
We recommend checking your country’s import rules before placing an order.

📦 5. Tracking Your Order  
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:  
• a tracking number (when available)  
• the carrier name  
• a link to follow your shipment  

It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

❗ 6. Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages  
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:  
• Check with neighbors or building reception.  
• Verify that the shipping address on your order is correct.  
• Contact the local carrier.  

Vollara Shop is not responsible for:  
• packages lost or stolen after delivery  
• incorrect addresses provided by the customer  

If a package is lost in transit (never delivered), please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and, when confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund.
